Many businesses are having difficulty finding talent in the post-pandenic environment.

Many fast-food restaurants, like Wendy’s and IHOP, are pushing digital options to service customers opposed to the traditional manner.

However, McDonald’s is striving to hire over 10,000 new employees in the next three months.
